The thermal water of Ischia: precious drops of health

Thanks to the volcanic nature of the isle of Ischia, its thermal water displays a high content in mineral salts.
The water used in the swimming pools of the spa of the hotel Il Gattopardo gushed out from the earth at a depth of more than 180 m and is collected in two large basins which are constantly monitored.
This water, which has a temperature of 38 °C and 42 °C respectively, has been classified as a chloride-sodium-sulphate hyperthermal water with a high mineral salt content. It is thus a true concentrate of nature and a precious ally for health and well-being.
